Company Overview At Performance Drone Works (PDW), we're at the forefront of creating custom small unmanned aerial systems (sUAS) for the modern warfighter. PDW is proudly American owned, with all design, engineering, and manufacturing of our products taking place domestically. Role PDW seeks a Junior Developer, Manufacturing Systems to join our team and contribute to the growth of the next wave of PDW manufacturing. This person will support the PDW Production Operations department while also supporting other departments such as Finance and Quality Assurance. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting PDW develop, implement, and execute NetSuite and other business system software, processes, and custom solutions. Responsibilities The ideal candidate will thrive in an innovative and fast-paced work environment, have strong critical thinking abilities to deliver timely solutions, processes, and direction to PDW manufacturing software users across multiple departments
Requirements
Education * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb, and move about regularly throughout the day and lift / carry up to 25 pounds. Must have manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment. Work Environment This position may have exposure to outdoor weather conditions, noise, and non-climate-controlled environments. May require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) depending on the environment. This is a fast-paced work environment and requires cross departmental collaboration with independent and team-based responsibilities. ITAR Requirement In compliance with International Traffic Arms Regulations (ITAR), candidates must be U.S. Citizens, U.S. Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) or individuals granted asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
