HawkEye 360 is seeking a system and solution integration professional to lead integrating multiple ground system components including 3rd party product and services to deliver a custom RF/ISR solution to our customers. Reporting to the SVP of Solutions, this role is responsible for developing high-impact RF solutions to win business opportunities pursued by our Sales team and maintaining the solution for our customers. The role includes actively engaging with the customers to understand their needs, working with HawkEye 360's engineering, operations and 3rd party vendors/partners to develop a custom RF solution, providing technical presentations, demo/workshop, and support developing proposals to win new business opportunities. A track record and passion for learning and developing innovative solutions is a key requirement for this unique opportunity. The position focuses on solutions for the defense and intelligence community.

As the Senior Director, Solution Integration, your main responsibilities will be:

• Develops and implements strategic plans for RF system integration that meets customers' requirements and HawkEye business needs.
• Design data processing CONOPS and interfaces to integrate HawkEye 360 capabilities into customer's systems
• Develop and validate interfaces across all systems including vendors' products and services
• Oversee the integration of HawkEye 360 and vendors' capabilities and diagnoses and resolves any technical issues during the integration to ensure the system meets mission requirements.
• Manages system integration projects with the Program Manager, ensuring delivery on time and meeting all mission requirements
• Develop a technical integration plan and schedule working with program manager
• Provides a technical presentation to the customers for monthly program review or milestone events
• Ensures all integrations comply with relevant technical and security standards
• Evaluate new technologies and vendor's solution to determine the best solutions for integration

Your skills and qualifications:

Essential education and experience:

• 15+ years' experience developing technical solutions in the RF and GEOINT markets.
• BS or MS in computer science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Understanding radio frequency (RF) technologies, data, DoD/IC applications.
• Strong technical and leadership background for designing, developing, and integrating intelligence systems/applications
• Track record architecting, delivering and winning innovative solutions with Defense Intel clients.
• Ability to develop compelling technical presentations to support customer requirements.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technical capabilities to customer problems.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence others without formal authority.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated; self-starter; accountable for delivering results.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services, Open-Source Applications and Technologies, mobile applications.

Desirable:

• Active Top Secret / SCI

Base Salary Range: $180,000 - $250,000 annually

HawkEye 360 offers a compensation package that includes a competitive base salary plus annual performance bonus and benefits. We consider many factors when determining salary offers, such as candidate's work experience, education, training & skills, as well as market and business considerations. We are also open to considering candidates with experience and qualifications at a different level than required in a job posting, which may affect the compensation package offered.
