JOB OVERVIEW: Works closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources ("HR"), organizational and Team Schein Member ("TSM") development at the business unit or division level. Consults with TSMs and leaders to address root causes of HR issues, attempting to resolve TSM relation issues with a systematic approach. Participates in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., compensation reviews, workforce planning, and organizational change). Assists senior leaders in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives. May play a role in administering talent management and succession planning activity within client organization. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem solving. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The posted range for this position is $62,305 to $97,352 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
