The grinder operator is responsible for the operation of the grinder to grind meat and to weigh matching blend cards. Ensures work is completed in a safe manner and within the Food Safety and quality parameters established. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES AND TASKS: Responsibilities and tasks are written as follows:

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance, vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to physically perform 8 and 10 hours a day. While performing duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts and extreme heat. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Many pieces of equipment making noises at the same time. The noise level in the work environment is sufficient to cause the worker to shout to be heard above the ambient noise level. Personal Protective Equipment is required.
