We're looking for a highly organized and proactiveRelationship Support team member to help ensure smooth execution of campaigns and client needs across our roster of Latin music label partners. You'll work across multiple teams to coordinate deliverables, manage tools and processes, and keep things moving from onboarding through post-release recap. This role is central to building strong internal and external relationships and making sure every client is set up for success. This role reports directly to the Relationship Lead and is based in Miami.
What you'll do
- Coordinate release materials, including press images, marketing assets, lyrics, metadata, and delivery timelines to ensure everything is ready for distribution
- Support onboarding for new label partners, including app training, team introductions, and adoption of internal tools
- Manage release logistics, including setup, approvals, and inventory tracking
- Track campaign budgets and marketing drawdowns, ensuring updates are captured and shared with the team
- Monitor release priorities, flagging opportunities or issues, and compiling information and data for campaign recaps
- Assist with DSP optimization, helping labels audit and update artist and label profiles across platforms
- Run reports for internal or client-facing insights, support certification tracking, and ensure proper documentation of data
- Coordinate guest lists, artist visits, and in-person meetings, including organizing logistics and materials
- Help with research and analysis to support strategy
- Activate internal workflows and step in where needed to support broader team priorities
Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, marketing, client support, or similar roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to proactively manage multiple moving parts and follow through independently in high-pressure situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Clear understanding of the digital media and music landscape
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with various internal departments
- Occasional off-hours work may be required (e.g., events, release timing, or artist support)
