Overview (Scope of Role) The Senior Manager Corporate FP&A is a financial steward of the organization, preserving the assets by managing risks and ensuring accurate reporting, forecasting and communication of financial results to management, including the P&L, balance sheet and cash flows. Oversee the monthly forecast, annual plan and five-year strategy processes with financial projections, reporting and communicating the financial impacts of business operations, various strategic initiatives, and changes in the market/competitive environment. Oversee the financial close and reporting process, assist with audit requests, and work with the Controllers organization on the preparation of external financial statements and ensure the Company's financial results are free from material misstatements. Provide leadership for reporting, analyzing and forecasting Corporate costs, working with functional leads to understand and communicate results. Additionally, oversee and ensure the execution of various cross-functional initiatives including Business Excellence. Develop close working relationship with the Executive Leadership Team and develop a deep understanding of the organizational processes and priorities. Work conjointly with Corporate Development and investment banks on business portfolio analysis and Investor Relations on investor communications.
