Description We are seeking an experienced and strategicManager Accounts Receivable to lead our U.S. Accounts Receivable and Collections operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the full end-to-end (E2E) accounts receivable cycle - from customer credit evaluation and granting through to cash application - with a focus on driving process improvements, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation. The ideal candidate will be both analytical and action-oriented, with a strong track record of optimizing AR functions and improving cash flow performance.This role involves managing the credit department and ensuring that the company's credit risk is minimized while maximizing sales and profitability. This position will lead a dedicated AR Team, ensuring a high level of accuracy is achieved while identifying issues and developing plans for swift resolution. This full-time position will report to the Vice President Finance at our Liberty Packaging location in Golden Valley, Minnesota. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The starting base salary range for this position is $99,470 - $124,338 per year plus eligibility in annual bonus program. The compensation posted is the anticipated pay for the position at the time of the posting. We may pay above or below posted amount based on several factors, including, but not limited to education and/or certifications, skills, experience, or work location. Some positions may qualify for additional compensation in the form of bonuses or deferred compensation options.
