Job Description Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician will perform proper diagnosis of any malfunctioning machinery, general repairs, installing new equipment and mobile systems and preventative maintenance program on all assigned machinery as directed by supervisor Key Characteristics (Highlight characteristics required to succeed in the role) * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Computer proficient * Initiative * Problem solving skills * Reliable and thorough Duties & Responsibilities: * Follow good housekeeping practices by keeping maintenance and tool storage area neat and clean as well as timely cleanup of work area after each job is completed * Install new equipment or rearranges existing equipment * Is available on call for emergency repairs as needed to keep plant in good running order * Maintain preventative maintenance records and perform preventative maintenance on plant and road equipment * Other duties as assigned * Troubleshoot and repair water treatment systems, including RO membranes and ion exchange resins * Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment The job description is not designed to capture all the employee's responsibilities but is intended to capture essential functions of the role. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Qualifications Education & Experience Required * High School Diploma, G.E.D., Home School Certification, or international equivalent to High School Diploma * Minimum of 1 year of PVC plumbing, OR mechanical repair and maintenance work experience or training * Experience with reverse osmosis technologies Preferred: * At least 1 year of Electrical install, repair, and maintenance work experience to include electronic troubleshooting, PLC programming, and 480V 3 Phase electrical repair and maintenance experience * Electrical Certification Additional Information Working Conditions * Travel for field repair and install if needed * Ability and willingness to perform physical duties such as lifting, climbing, working at elevated heights, and manual dexterity * Ability and willingness to work in range of environments to include but not limited to industrial facilities, manufacturing facilities, and power industry facilities Around the globe, we help cities and industries manage, optimize and make the most of their resources.
