HR Specialist

Job Duties: 
Under the supervision of the HR Manager, the HR Specialist will: 

• Lead, hire, train, supervise, motivate, and educate staff members 

• Develop and implement HR policies 

• Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages 

• Assist in recruitment efforts 

• Resolve staff issues and implement corrective/preventive actions 

• Conduct evaluations, performance reviews, and support staff development 

• Stay current with labor and tax laws and HR industry trends 

• Review and maintain time records, log sick/vacation/emergency leaves 

• Maintain accurate HR files, records, and documents 

• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned 

Minimum Requirements: 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Business, or related field 

• Experience: 12 months of work experience in the job offered
