*Description*
Position Overview: This role is responsible for the efficient management, maintenance, and tracking of IT equipment. This role ensures that all assets are properly documented, maintained, and available for use, contributing to the overall operational efficiency and safety of the facility. You will also be imaging computers and phones. Key Responsibilities: Asset Tracking and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all assets, including acquisition, maintenance, and disposal information. Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and coordinate repairs for all equipment to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with safety standards. Reporting: Generate reports on asset status, maintenance schedules, and inventory levels for management review. Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on the proper use and maintenance of equipment. Qualifications: Strong organizational and documentation skills. Proficiency with asset management software and tools. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. May also participate in inventory management, sourcing, packaging, shipping hardware to field services sites. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
