Full Time: Monday - Friday | 8:00 am to 5:00 pm - Must be located in Pacific Time Zone Expected starting wage range is $57,934.09-$71,583.78. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. POSITION SUMMARY Oversees transactional processing, workflows and audits in the organization's HRIS system. Supports the HRIS intake process, providing effective customer service to ensure high quality HRIS operations and effective problem resolution. Supports data and system configuration activities to support the People Data & Analytics as well as Total Rewards departments. QUALIFICATIONS Required: * A bachelor's degree in human resources or related business field and two (2) years' experience with business systems and applications requiring data processing, or four (4) years of experience with HR Systems * Working knowledge of Human Resources practices/procedures and relevant HR information systems * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications * Proven ability to demonstrate effective customer service * Must be at least 18 years of age * All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual, or local requirements may apply. Preferred: * Prior knowledge of UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro) * Knowledge of/experience with data analysis principles ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Demonstrates the Telecare mission, purpose, values, and beliefs in everyday language and contact with internal and external stakeholders * Follows established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data * Updates the HRIS to add or revise data categories, system fields, codes, user roles, etc., as well as performs other transactions in support of employee lifecycle activities, such as transfers, promotions, salary adjustments, etc. * Onboards new hires into the system, upload documentation, and perform audits to ensure accuracy of data. * Develops system and training documentation and conducts individual and group training, both formally and informally to appropriate parties * Assists the SR HRIS Specialist with opening and managing cases with the HRIS vendor * Exercises independent judgment in maintaining integrity and accuracy of the HRIS, makes process improvement recommendations, and initiates appropriate processes/procedures * Ensures proper tracking and resolution of all customer inquiries, applying problem solving skills when necessary to address discrepancies and troubleshoot issues * Interprets and executes policies and procedures, business objectives, regulatory requirements, etc. in order to identify and plan for changing business requirements * Participates in various HRIS projects involving new functionality and related integration * File annual Vets-4212 and EEO-1 compliance reports * Carries out requirements for system maintenance, ensuring standardization and stabilization of business rules, business processes and security access Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, and/or changed at the discretion of management. The employee is occasionally required to walk, stand, bend, squat, kneel, twist, reach, lift and carry items weighing 10 pounds or less, perform wrist deviations, hand/wrist repetitions and do simple grasping, drive, as well as frequently sit.
