We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contract and Purchase Order Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in processing IT contracts into a CLM tool, creating SAP SRM shopping carts, handling goods/invoice receipts, and possess expert-level Excel skills. Experience with the Flexera One Contracts module is a plus. The candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Process IT contracts into a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool. Create and manage SAP SRM shopping carts. Handle goods and invoice receipts efficiently. Utilize expert-level Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth contract and purchase order processing. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel.General knowledge of IT hardware and software, including understanding the differences between Software as a Service (SaaS) and standalone software. Experience with the Flexera One Contracts module is a plus. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.71/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
