Job Description:

This position will monitor the throughput of document data into client systems, performs data validation tasks, and data entry when required. This role will also provide technical phone and email assistance to clients. The position will operate in a team environment to ensure data is properly extracted from submitted documents, is properly coded, and passes validation checks into client Portfolio Analyzer system.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. This includes the ability to work closely with other teams and manage shifting workloads effectively.
  • Critical Thinking: The ability to take what is taught and apply that information correctly is crucial. This involves analyzing situations, making informed decisions, and solving problems efficiently.
  • Computer Literacy: A basic understanding of Teams, Microsoft Excel, and PDF2XL is required. Proficiency in these tools will help in managing data, collaborating with colleagues, and performing various tasks.
  • Reliability: Accurately and reliably analyzing and inputting information is a key aspect of the role. This ensures that data is correct and processes run smoothly.
  • Customer Service: Professionalism in answering phone calls, emails, providing support, and gathering information directly from customers is important. This helps in maintaining a positive relationship with clients and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Attention to Detail: Taking pride in the work and ensuring all information is accurate is vital. This helps in preventing errors and maintaining the integrity of data.
  • Organization: Staying organized to ensure nothing is overlooked or misreported is an important part of the job. This involves managing tasks efficiently and keeping track of various responsibilities.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $38,200.00 - $71,300.00 per year.
