Position Summary
Under the direction of the Manager, Marketing Partnerships, the Brand Partnership and Sponsorship Specialist is responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships and sponsorship initiatives that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement and further Versiti's mission. This role manages co-branded campaigns, secures in-kind donations and sponsorships, and builds strong relationships with brands, businesses, and community organizations. The Brand Partnership and Sponsorship Specialist collaborates cross-functionally to deliver compelling partner activations, ensures brand consistency across all materials, and uses data to optimize performance.

Responsibilities
Plans and manages high-impact sponsorship activations and brand-aligned community initiatives to ensure seamless logistics and strong promotional support to create win-win scenarios
- Proactively identifies, engages, and secures sponsorship opportunities by reaching out to companies and developing strategic brand partnership plans that align with organizational goals to boost brand visibility, community engagement, impact, and cost savings.
- Research companies, C-Level executives, business trends, and competitive intelligence to create detailed and strategic sponsorship proposals
- Cultivates and nurtures relationships with brands, businesses, nonprofits, and fellow partners
- Tracks KPIs and refine strategies accordingly to provide actional insights to senior leadership on partnership effectiveness
- Develops strong working relationships and understanding of all Versiti business segments and affiliate leaders to communicate and effectively integrate into all segment marketing programs to elevate awareness
- Ensures all partnership and sponsorship communications reflect Versiti's voice and brand identity across all touch points
- Provides program management cross-functionally with marketing leaders and approved agencies to deliver comprehensive programs effectively and efficiently
- Works both independently and in partnership with Versiti leaders to create and present customized proposals and plans for impactful meetings with potential partners and sponsors
- Represents Versiti at designated meetings and community functions, actively building and nurturing relationships to strengthen community engagement and organizational partnerships
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification
- Understands and performs in accordance with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements
- Complies with all standard operating policies and procedures
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing or relevant field required
Experience
- 1-3 years Developing and executing strategic brand partnerships and sponsorship initiatives to enhance visibility, drive community engagement, and support organizational mission required
- 1-3 years Managing co-branded campaigns from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectivesEvent coordination required
- 1-3 years Securing in-kind donations and sponsorships by cultivating strong relationships with corporate partners, local businesses, and community organizations required
- 1-3 years Collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful partner activations and integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels required
- 1-3 years Utilizing performance data and campaign insights to optimize sponsorship strategies and improve ROI on brand partnership efforts required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong brand management, organization and project management skills required
- Ability to identify, pitch, and nurture high-value brand and sponsorship opportunities aligned with organizational goals required
- Skilled at working with internal marketing, creative, and community engagement teams to align partnership initiatives required
- Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, deductive reasoning, problem-solving skills and influence cross-functional teams required
- Experienced in planning, launching, and analyzing co-branded campaigns to ensure impact and consistency required
- Strong interpersonal skills to build long-term partnerships and secure sponsorships and in-kind contributions required
- Effective verbal and written communication including presentation skills required
- Uses performance metrics and analytics to evaluate campaign success and optimize future initiatives required
