Job Summary: The Community and Family Resource Center (CFRC) Clinical Supervisor supervises and supports the CFRC Case Managers and Community Engagement Specialists that are providing direct services to clients. The CFRC Clinical Supervisor works closely with the staff to ensure quality services are provided in a timely manner. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for helping cultivate and maintain relationships with partner agencies/community-based organizations by being involved in the community and to create relationships that enhance the services provided by the CFRC. The CFRC Clinical Supervisor follows all Penny Lane Centers policies and procedures regarding the Heart Centered Culture, cultural sensitivity, and cultural awareness. The Clinical Supervisor supports the agency mission and vision in their interaction with children, youth, families, and partner agencies. Requirements:
Position Location: Lancaster, CA Salary Range: $85,280 - $103,441 per year Additional $5,000 per year bilingual Spanish differential. Eligible employees may request up to 5 days of Paid Time Off to study for their licensure. Penny Lane Centers offers competitive salaries and benefits.
