In this role, you will be responsible for conducting secondary (i.e., analytically and scientifically based) research and working closely with project management in the creation of high-quality project materials and client deliverables. Expectations include the ability to structure and complete individual project tasks on time, with minimal direction, and to communicate proactively and effectively with team members and project management. You will:
  • Support the overall cross-functional management of projects, at both the client organization, as well as internally at Syneos Health
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills through the proactive management of individual project responsibilities and workload to ensure objectives, milestones, and timelines are met efficiently and effectively
  • Demonstrate proficiency in navigating the management consulting cycle of creating project deliverables, quality checking work, reviewing with project management/leadership, incorporating edits and feedback
  • Leverage critical thinking and problem-solving skills to recommend creative ideas based on data analysis, personal experience, and industry best practices, using research from competitive pipelines, company websites, prescribing information, epidemiology information, and syndicated reports
  • Consolidate complex industry, market, client portfolio, and product data and trends in a clear and comprehensive manner.
Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in consulting and/or biopharmaceutical work
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent written communication skills
  • Solid business acumen, presentation and meeting facilitation skills
Desired Requirements :
  • Graduate degree in business or life science
  • Experience in research and data analysis (e.g., organization of sources, data processing, analysis, and quality checking accuracy for pre-defined problems)
  • Knowledge of and/or experience with clinical development and operations processes
  • Experience developing controlled documents, such as SOPs, Work Instructions, and How-to-Guides
  • Ability to travel

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $89,000 to $98,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
