As a Program Leader at Epicor, you will drive the execution of transformational initiatives, working with key business stakeholders, technical subject matter experts, and IT to manage delivery and realize value. This role is essential for improving cross-functional collaboration and supporting our transformation activities.

What you will be doing:

  • Driving transformational initiatives, managing delivery, and realizing value with key business stakeholders, technical experts, and IT.
  • Scoping, executing, and driving adoption of large-scale business programs using project management, process design, and change management methodologies.
  • Providing quote to cash operational process strategy, aligning stakeholders, and driving business outcomes based on best practices.
  • Building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive adoption and deliver desired business outcomes.
  • Analyzing complex processes, identifying gaps, designing new effective business processes, and incorporating them into business and functional requirements.
  • Coordinating with project team members and external vendors to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Creating executive-ready project reports, including progress, key risks, and budget health.
  • Conducting root-cause analysis and developing mitigation plans as needed.

What you will likely bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience leading and consulting on business process and system transformation projects.
  • Strong project management and IT or software experience.
  • Expertise in program and change management, especially in dealing with those reluctant to change.
  • Superior problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with quote-to-cash processes and technical implementation; Salesforce (CPQ) and JIRA experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a professional presence.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills with departments like Sales, Finance, and IT.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard systems development life cycle methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.
  • Highly adaptable and able to deal with ambiguity.
  • Experience with self-service ETL/visualization tools (Tableau, Noetix, Power BI) is a plus.

Range:

Minimum: $80,000 USD Maximum: $220,000 USD
