Minimum Job Requirements

• Physical- ability to move about the manufacturing floor with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Working Hours- fulltime (40+ hrs/week) employment
• Able to travel up to 10% of the time

• • Highly motivated and results-driven. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills required and must be able to interact with employees at all levels of the organization as well as externally with regulatory agencies.

• Proficient in the use of MS Office software. Able to use PC keyboard.
• Proficient in English, strong writing skills required.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Authority to create job travelers and issue to Production Supervisor. Authority to close jobs within Vantage.

• Issue job travelers and schedule jobs in manufacturing software
• Keep Account Manager, Production Supervisor and Plant Manager advised of any changes in lead times or expected ship dates.
• Work with Production Supervisor and Plant Manager to ensure manufacturing resources are used optimally.
• Cycle count any questionable inventories in order to keep manufacturing data within Vantage correct.
• Participate in the monthly inventory process
• Close jobs daily after assuring that the reporting is correct and that all paperwork has been turned in
• Work very closely with Production Supervisor on any concerns that are found.
• Arrive to work in a punctual manner and be willing to work overtime when needed.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Must be able to follow direction and work independently.
• Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good computer skills, including experienced in the use of Word and Excel.
• Knowledgeable in all manufacturing processes and experienced in scheduling in an enterprise resource planning computer application.
• Ability to work well with others.

Education and Experience

* High school diploma or equivalent and 5 years experience in similar function.
