Industrial Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate: $20-$25/hr (based on experience)

Shift: Day Shift (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain clamp trucks, rewinders, sheeters, and other production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Replace or repair components such as motors, gears, bearings, and belts.
• Maintain and repair electrical systems including wiring, circuits, and controls.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Support installation of new machinery and equipment.
• Keep detailed records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used.
• Follow all safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification a plus.
• Prior experience in industrial maintenance (clamp trucks, rewinders, or sheeters preferred).
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying plant conditions.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
