Nisga'a MOSTT's services include aviation and military training, cybersecurity, intelligence gathering and analysis, and simulation and exercise support, as well as aviation flight logistics support and unmanned aerial vehicle support.

Summary:

FORSCOM command Personnel Recovery program which is designed to prevent or reduce any strategic advantage our enemies may gain due to a tactical event involving the Isolation of Army personnel. Personnel Recovery is a key task under the function of protection, making it one of the pillars supporting the reduction of threats to the force. Given the current operating environment of rapidly changing and evolving threats faced by today's Army, it is now more important than ever that the Army promote a robust Personnel Recovery program to mitigate the risks of incidents that may result in an isolating event and to increase the chances of a successful recovery before personnel are detained or captured


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage a team of subject matter experts in Army Personnel Recovery to provide policy analysis and advice, assistance to operational units to implement policy, and classroom instruction to designated PR representatives across the Army.
  • Manage and complete all contract deliverables and requirements in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Provide quality control on all products, presentations, and training events.
  • Manage the Personnel Recovery Program Management System (PRMS) as an Army level manager.
  • Develop and execute tailored PR training for Corps and Division staff, to conduct PR across the range of military operations in both Army and Joint HQ roles.
  • Attend and actively participate in PR DOTMLPF-P related working groups as a FORSCOM representative.
  • Communicate and interact with senior Army leaders in a professional, effective manner daily. This includes providing regular updates and presentations to senior Army personnel. Ensure all team members likewise communicate and interact professionally.
  • Provide regular program status updates to Nisga'a leadership.
  • Provide service level subject matter expertise to develop, staff, and make recommendations to the FORSCOM G-3/5/7 Aviation Division Operations Branch Chief on policy and guidance to enable FORSCOM to execute the command Personnel Recovery (PR) program.
  • Identify policy needs, incorporating lessons learned, tactics, techniques and procedures, to prepare commanders, staffs, and individuals to conduct Personnel Recovery.
  • Convert DoD and Army Personnel Recovery messages into recommended FORSCOM directives and guidance.
  • Assist in development and maintenance of FORSCOM's Personnel Recovery program through written OPLANS, OPORDS, and DEPORDS at the 4-star level.
  • Teach units and individuals all aspects of Army Personnel Recovery including individual SERE tasks at the classified level.
  • Comply with applicable installation, facility and area commander installation/facility access, local security policies and security procedures provided by the Security Manager Government representative
  • Represent the company's interests in all dealings with the Government.
  • Approximately 20% travel required.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • SERE C graduate
  • Personnel Recovery Expertise
  • Knowledge and experience performing Program Management duties
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Suite software
  • Display confidence and comfortability in communicating at high levels within the US Army and DOD

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a US Citizen, or a legal US resident
  • Active DOD Secret Clearance
  • Favorable Tier 1 level background check
  • 5 years as a Program Manager
  • Strong knowledge of Personnel Recovery & PR Operations
  • SERE C Graduate
  • Read, write, speak, and understand the English language to effectively carry out all contract requirements
  • Display a neatly groomed and casual professional attire daily
  • Perform all duties with a sense of integrity and professionalism at all times

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
