Description The Pharmacy Practice Resident, during the one year training program, is responsible for developing the skills, knowledge and attitude necessary for the provision of high quality pharmaceutical care. As such, they are expected to demonstrate the ability to function effectively as a staff pharmacist, meeting the same standards of performance, duties and functions as are required of the staff pharmacist.
