Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy Technical Business Analyst to join our Healthcare Digital Product Management team. This role is critical to enhancing the team's effectiveness by identifying, implementing, and optimizing internal tools, processes, and procedures. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to assess current gaps, recommend innovative solutions, and ensure scalable operational excellence. This is an ideal role for someone passionate about digital transformation, process improvement, and leveraging technology-especially Microsoft 365, AI, and automation tools-to drive productivity and collaboration across teams. Key Responsibilities Evaluate current team workflows, tools, and processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Design and implement solutions (processes, documentation, and tools) that increase the effectiveness of the Product Management team. Lead initiatives to automate manual tasks using Microsoft 365 (Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, etc.) and AI-driven solutions. Serve as the subject matter expert on Microsoft productivity tools and emerging digital technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, document processes, and build scalable operational playbooks. Support Agile product development activities by improving backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking mechanisms. Ensure proper change management, communication, and adoption of new tools and practices across the team. Maintain a continuous improvement mindset and proactively seek feedback on implemented solutions. Job Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within a product or digital team. Demonstrated experience implementing digital solutions that improve team efficiency and workflow. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, OneNote). Strong understanding of or experience with AI tools and how they can enhance productivity. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and change management skills. Experience in healthcare, health tech, or regulated industries is a plus but not required. What You'll Bring: A proactive and analytical mindset with a drive to make things better.
