Pay Grade: 18

Reports To: President

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000

Other Forms of Compensation: Bonus Eligible

Job Summary

Join R/A as the Vice President of Operations (Managed Services) overseeing multiple corporate dining locations in the NYC area.

The VP of Operations plays a pivotal role as a strategic partner to the corporate leadership team, operational teams and our clients. They collaborate on strategic planning, business growth and development, financial management, and fostering a culture of excellence.

The core focus areas of this role encompass developing and aligning objectives among R/A and the client portfolio. It involves setting and maintaining high operational standards through the application of extensive business, culinary, and hospitality expertise.

Core Responsibilities:

Revenue and Profitability Leadership:

* Achieve financial targets and plan for business growth.

* Ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

* Identify sales opportunities and present growth plans.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

* 5+ years of complex, multi-unit food and beverage management experience.

* Multi-unit restaurant, corporate dining, or hotel experience.

* Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

* Passion for food and hospitality.

* Proven financial responsibility.

* Proven coaching and teaching skills.

* Proficiency in budget management.

* Familiarity with business scaling and change management.

* Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive long-term vision.

* Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to quality.

* Effective communication and influencing skills.
