Job Summary

Job Overview: The Kitchen Expo for Suites is a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient distribution of food for all 123 suites. This position involves overseeing the preparation and delivery of pre-ordered food, managing new ticket orders that come in throughout the game, and ensuring all orders are communicated to the kitchen and delivered to the suites in a timely manner. You will work closely with kitchen staff, suite attendants, and management to ensure that each suite receives the right food, at the right time, and with the highest level of presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the preparation and timely distribution of pre-ordered food to all suites, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled according to suite holders' requests and requirements.

* Verify that all food is properly packaged, labeled, and ready for distribution to the correct suite in a timely manner.

* Communicate any special requests or allergens to the kitchen staff, ensuring that the kitchen can accommodate these changes efficiently.

* Track all incoming tickets, ensuring that each new order is fulfilled and delivered to the correct suite as quickly as possible.

* Serve as the primary point of contact between the kitchen and pantry coordinators, ensuring smooth communication for both pre-ordered and new food tickets.

* Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food production, prioritizing orders based on event flow and any last-minute suite requests.

* Ensure that all food being sent to the suites meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and accuracy.

* Double-check food trays, platters, and serving pieces for completeness and proper labeling.

* Verify that any special dietary requests or suite holder preferences are accurately followed.

* Handle any issues or discrepancies with food orders, including missing or incorrect items, and work quickly to resolve them without disrupting the suite experience.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or hospitality environment is required.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple orders and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure environment.

* Ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff, pantry coordinators, and management to ensure smooth operations.

* Strong attention to detail to ensure food quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

* Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.

* Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure while ensuring the highest standards of service

* Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

* Flexible schedule, including availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, including every Chiefs home game.
