- Support the program's overall operations. Maintain the Salesforce database, ensure records and contacts are current, track progress and milestone dates, and prepare internal reports.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for inquiries regarding the TTA program, monitor the TTA inbox, and route requests to the appropriate party. - Assist in developing and implementing systems, processes, and tools to enhance program management based on best practices. Track workflow and calendar for the TTA team using Asana. - Create compelling training materials and resources using Canva, PowerPoint, or other tools that align with program goals and address the needs of municipalities and communities. Organize training sessions, workshops, and webinars. - Provide administrative support for regional community advisory boards that represent diverse voices, including individuals and families affected by opioid use disorder. Help coordinate outreach efforts with partner organizations. - Assist with scheduling and preparing agendas, materials, communications, and presentations for various meetings. - This position will support the Chief Program Officer (CPO) as needed and in the following ways: - Manage and maintain the calendar, arrange meetings/itineraries for the CPO, and maintain the organizational master calendar for the program team. - Provide administrative support and prepare the CPO for meetings. - Attend all staff meetings, required training, and organizational events while contributing to the overall functioning of RIZE. - Assist with general office duties, such as staffing and logistics for in-person and virtual events, and perform other tasks as assigned. - Submit expense reports and timesheets within the stipulated deadlines. - Support RIZE's culture and values by aligning outcomes, practices, and communications with the organization's mission.
