Associate Project Manager, Packaging

The role:

As the Associate Project Manager, Packaging, you will support the prioritization, planning and communication of all NON-NPD, NON-FORMULA RELATED REGULATIONS, and PACKAGING ESG projects.

Reporting to our Executive Director, Global Packaging Design, you will compile, organize, maintain and communicate all data requirements and documentation related to the above projects. You will also develop and implement process improvement through modern tools, software to create greater efficiency and accessibility to project timelines, tracking, metrics and information.

What you will do:

• NON-NPD, NON-FORMULA RELATED REGULATIONS, PACKAGING ESG PROJECTS - Manage all assigned projects from concept to launch
• DATA MANAGEMENT- Administrative responsibility for compiling, validating and maintaining all formula, packaging and regulatory data requirements for all NON-NPD, NON-FORMULA RELATED REGULATIONS, and PACKAGING ESG projects
• DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT - Administrative responsibility for organizing, maintaining and managing accessibility for all documentation related to all assigned NON-NPD, NON-FORMULA RELATED REGULATIONS, and PACKAGING ESG projects on behalf of Packaging
• PROCESS IMPROVEMENT THROUGH PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOLS - Identify, introduce, educate and maintain all necessary project management tools, software related to all assigned NON-NPD, NON-FORMULA RELATED REGULATIONS, and PACKAGING ESG projects

What you will need:

• 2+ years of Cosmetic Packaging or Project Management experience
• Bachelor's degree
