Task-Oriented Interpersonal Relationship Building Multitasker Personable and Approachable Great Communicator Excellent Time Management Skills Problem Solver Solutions-Focused Job Requirements: Is This You? Patience and good communication skills required. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving history are required. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Word. Ability to remain standing / walking a minimum of 90% of the scheduled workday. Ability to lift 60 pounds and greater. Ability to climb ladders and stairs. Understanding of general mechanical skills such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and the operation of hand tools and power tools, preferred. Strong communication skills and a high level of patience OSHA certified or willing to complete OSHA 10-hour course within 2 months of hire ServSafe certification (or willing to obtain within 6 months) Able to stand/walk for 90% of workday Willing to work outdoors in all weather Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends Reliable transportation (even in bad weather) Familiar with safety practices and regulations Committed to living our Company Core Values Your Future with Trinity: Are We What You're Looking For?
