Digital Marketing Intern

Position Summary:

Milacron is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to join our team in Batavia, OH. As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will have a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies and tactics within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to our marketing initiatives.

Work You'll Do:

• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and the company website.

• Support the creation of engaging content for blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.

• Help manage and optimize social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement, and analytics tracking.

• Assist in the development and implementation of SEO strategies to improve website visibility and traffic.

• Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and promotional activities.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Strong interest in digital marketing and a desire to learn about the manufacturing industry.

• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and digital marketing tools.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
