Job Summary:The Information Security Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation and daily execution of the Bank's Information Security Program to mitigate risk across systems and business operations. This role offers broad exposure to information security risk management, cybersecurity operations, regulatory compliance activities, and the evaluation and documentation of technical and administrative security controls. The Information Security Analyst helps operationalize plans for identifying, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity threats in proportion to the Bank's size, complexity, and risk profile. Under the direction of the Senior Information Security Officer, the analyst works closely with department peers, Information Technology (IT), business stakeholders, and external partners to strengthen and continuously improve the Bank's overall security posture.

Responsibilities and Duties:



  • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Bank's Information Security Program.
  • Perform continuous monitoring, triage, and investigation of security events within the Bank's information environment; recommend improvements to enhance detection, response, and control effectiveness.
  • Assist in managing cybersecurity incidents across all phases of the incident response lifecycle.
  • Prepare clear, complete, and accurate information security deliverables for technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support security operations and drive initiatives that improve the Bank's overall security posture.
  • Contribute to projects and programs aligned with the Bank's Information Security Strategy and Roadmap.
  • Recommend, test, and evaluate processes and technologies to strengthen the Information Security Program.
  • Support internal and external audits and examinations by collecting evidence and preparing the required documentation.
  • Monitor cybersecurity news and participate in threat intelligence communities; escalate relevant findings, as appropriate.
  • Engage in ongoing education, training, and professional development to build and maintain subject matter expertise.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the Bank's security objectives.
  • Understands the Bank's overall risk appetite and how the specific department and individual job responsibilities align with the effective management of Bank risk.



Job Skills and Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC), or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of core cybersecurity principles, including risk assessment, access control, event analysis, and data protection.
  • Familiarity with security operations and the incident response lifecycle.
  • Working knowledge of industry standards and frameworks such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of contributing effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
