Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of complex cost models and pricing narratives in response to RFPs. Drive pricing reviews and facilitate financial discussions with senior leadership, evaluating risks, profitability, and strategic opportunity.
  • Oversee the end-to-end estimating process to ensure pricing models are competitive, accurate, and aligned with business goals. Maintain models that reflect true departmental delivery costs and incorporate capital investment requirements.

  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, product development, finance, legal, compliance, and talent acquisition teams to design integrated pricing models that support the full scope of Acentra Health's solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing pricing and estimating team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver executive-level presentations and pricing strategy briefings, offering insights on deal structure, risks, opportunities, and delivery models.
  • Ensure full compliance with external estimating system standards, internal disclosure statements, proposal guidelines, and applicable state and federal regulations.
  • This role may require up to 10%-15% travel.
  • The list of accountabilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties that management may deem necessary.
