Your Role

The Strategic Planning and Performance team performs provides strategy development and strategy execution support for the Network Management and Provider Partnerships team. The Program Manager, Principal will report to the Director, Strategic Planning and Performance. In this role you will provide project management support for strategic and operational projects within the Network Management and Provider Partnerships team.

Your Knowledge and Experience



  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Requires at least 10 years of prior relevant experience
  • Master of Business Administration or Master of Healthcare Administration preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred
  • Prior health plan or healthcare project management experience strongly preferred
  • Agile certification preferred
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred
