Builder Sales Representative

Staffmark is partnering with a leading manufacturer in Mason, OH to hire a Builder Sales Representative. If you're a motivated sales professional with experience in the residential building industry, this is your opportunity to join a well-established company and make a real impact.

Pay: $65,000 - $75,000/year (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Grow sales and market share for shower doors, shelving, mirrors, and accessories
• Manage a sales territory covering Southern Ohio, Eastern Indiana, and Northern Kentucky
• Conduct presentations for builders, contractors, remodelers, and architects
• Assist with product selection, installation, and design support
• Read blueprints, create bids, and support customer decision-making
• Deliver product training and installation guidance
• Attend industry events and develop new business leads
• Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
• Track sales activity and complete reporting as required

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of sales experience in the residential building industry
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Proficient in sales software (Organized Living Strongware, Builder Connect, or similar)
• Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation skills
• Self-starter with a professional appearance and team-focused mindset
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs and have a valid driver's license
