Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The Program Manager serves as the main point of contact for a group of Premium customer accounts. This position is responsible for customer retention and growth by achieving maximum customer satisfaction. The Program Manager also develops account management strategies, collaborates with other Premium departments to resolve customer issues, and identifies growth opportunities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Act as the main point of contact for current Premium customers, maintain positive working relationships with customers, and lead customer on-boarding.
  • Develop and perform account plans to define overall opportunities and customer situations, identify opportunities for growing customer accounts, and set financial targets.
  • Prepare reports on the status of customer accounts and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of customers' experiences, priorities, and objectives to provide quality service appropriate to specific customer circumstances and industries.
  • Collaborate with other Premium departments to provide quick solutions to all customer issues or escalations and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Premium Sales Department to improve their performance and reach sales targets.
  • Supervise and assist Account Managers by providing guidance, answers to questions, and support to resolve difficult customer issues or escalations.
  • Forecast and track account metrics, such as quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
  • Other reasonable directives, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.



EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS



  • A bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration or a related field is required.
  • Seven (7) years' experience in Account Management or a related field is required.
  • Two (2) years' experience managing large account portfolios is preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS



  • Continuous sitting and tasks involving repetitive motions using wrists, hands and fingers are required for periods of 6-8+ hours at a time.
  • Occasional walking or standing is required.
  • Occasional carrying of weights from 0-25 pounds may be required.
  • This job operates in an office environment.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000, and includes benefits such as the following:
