Trusted Medical seeks highly motivated and compassionate Call Center Representative to join our onsite team in Kansas City, KS. In this full-time role, you will be on the front lines of clinical trial recruitment, speaking directly with individuals to help them understand and consider participation in groundbreaking medical research studies. This position is not a typical call center job, it's about building trust, creating genuine connections, and helping people make informed decisions that could benefit their health and contribute to medical advancement. Clinical trials are essential to medical progress, but recruitment is often the biggest challenge. In this role, you will help bridge that gap, guiding people through the process with empathy, accuracy, and a commitment to care. Type of Employment: Full-time, W2 Work Location/Travel: Onsite, in our Kansas City Trusted Medical Clinic Salary Range: $20.00-$25.00 hourly, dependent upon experience Role Reports to: Call Center Manager Direct Reports: This role has no direct reports Responsibilities: * Makes outbound calls to individuals who may be eligible for clinical trial participation * Uses a standardized institutional review board (IRB) approved script to ensure ethical and consistent communication * Provides clear, accurate, and compassionate information about available clinical trials, including study purpose, expectations, and potential benefits/risks * Actively listens and engages callers to assess interest and determine eligibility * Accurately documents call outcomes and follow-up needs in the system * Maintains the highest standards of quality assurance and compliance in all interactions * Meets performance goals based on engagement quality and successful outcomes, not just call volume * Works closely with the Call Center Manager and clinical team to refine messaging and processes Qualifications: * Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Bilingual strongly preferred * Strong understanding of and respect for clinical research ethics and participant privacy * Comfortable working with IRB-regulated content and strict quality standards * High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills, metrics drive * Compassionate, calm, and professional under pressure * Ability to follow structured scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging tone Education/Certification Required: * High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare, research, or customer service experience highly preferred What We Offer: * Full training and ongoing support provided * All tools, technology, and resources supplied by Trusted Medical * A mission-driven team culture focused on changing the way clinical trials are done * A chance to be part of an innovative organization advancing medical science Technical Skills Required: * Experience using or familiarity with one or more clinical trial management system (CTMS) platforms to track participant interactions, manage recruitment data, and maintain regulatory compliance * Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics All applicants must be US citizens and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
