Project Coordinator

NTS is hiring a Part Time Project Coordinator to ensure daily service delivery, overall account satisfaction, SLA's are met or exceeded and reporting is accurate and timely. The Project Coordinator will be a "player/coach" and may be required to interface with clients to offer project status updates.

Must be able to pass criminal background check and Drug Screen.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates with NTS Site and NTS Project Manager to ensure service level agreements are met and brings to the attention of the management any deficiencies that could lead to failure to meet SLA.
• Performs timely and accurate completion of regularly scheduled departmental reports, as well as ad hoc reports.
• Works closely with the NTS Management to ensure hours are processed and reported for billing to meet company deadlines.
• Actively attends team meetings, and non-regularly scheduled meetings, customer briefings and vendor meetings as required.
• Effectively coordinates project administrative functions among internal and external parties.
• Ensures finalized reporting is error free prior to client delivery.
• Provides up-to-date and accurate project statuses to management and all NTS departments involved in scheduled or ongoing projects in a timely manner as measured by Site and Project Manager.

Requirements

• A degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Solid knowledge of project coordinating methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• High degree of customer service skills, flexibility and an overall team approach to work performed.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions.
