Salary: $90,000-$100,000 Shift: Rotating shifts As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the daily activities and training of millwrights to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally. You will coordinate work with production teams to minimize downtime and adjust schedules for emergency breakdowns. Your role is critical in ensuring production targets, staffing, and quality standards are met while maintaining effective communication across departments. Responsibilities:
