How You'll Make an Impact
- Guide prospective residents through the leasing process with care and professionalism.
- Conduct tours, assist with applications, and present communities with pride.
- Process affordable housing files accurately and in compliance with program standards.
- Coordinate closely with the Compliance Department for timely renewals and recertifications.
- Help with resident move-ins, lease administration, and everyday inquiries.
- Represent our values through empathetic, respectful service.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
- Experience with affordable housing compliance is a plus.
- A servant-minded approach-driven to help others and serve the community.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily travel across Denver.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
