Position Summary: As our Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our business. This isn't just a job-it's an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Reporting directly to the Human Resources Business Partner, you'll be at the heart of our People strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Passionate about People: You have a knack for nurturing talent, developing future leaders, and are always figuring out ways to help others grow
• Proven HR Expertise: With at least 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a mid-sized manufacturing environment, you've made significant contributions in a multi-site structure
• Legal Savvy: You're well-versed in employment laws and regulations, especially those in California
• Adaptability & Problem Solving: Comfortable managing change and ambiguity; able to approach challenges with creativity, resilience, and an ethical solutions-oriented mindset.
• Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable with HR technology and ready to leverage it for success
• Education: A Bachelor's degree is ideal
