The Senior Manager, Talent Systems will report to the Director, Talent Data & Systems within the HR function. They are accountable for the strategy and execution of the Talent Systems department, and the coaching & development of a team of three direct reports. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 5+ years of HRIS project and implementation experience. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred Proven history of using HR technology to create efficient business solutions. Experience supporting enterprise system integrations. Demonstrated success in technical project management. Deep understanding of technology vendor selection and management. Knowledge of end-user support best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Ceridian preferred. Travel 0-10% Permanent Benefits eligible
