We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives focused on advancing AMD EPYC workloads and sales plays. This role is pivotal in driving innovative programs ensuring competitive positioning and aligning with key customer and partner objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker a cross-functional collaborator and an expert in program development and execution. - Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing Computer Science or a related field MBA preferred. - 5 years of program management experience preferably in the technology industry. - Deep understanding of server and CPU technologies with expertise in AMD EPYC solutions. - Proven ability to drive competitive analysis pricing strategies and channel programs. - Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies e.g. VMWare Nutanix and AI workloads. - Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. - Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. - Experience working with sales enablement tools and programs with a focus on optimizing seller effectiveness. - Desired Skills: - Familiarity with single-socket server architectures and cost optimization strategies. - Experience in working directly with service providers web customers and large enterprise accounts teams. - Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. - Additional role initiative and group information: Develop pricing strategies to maximize the firm's profits and market share. Oversee product development and monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services. Determine the demand for products and services offered by a firm and its competitors. 3 years of experience are required. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
