As part of an industry-leading team, the Market Leader will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions in our New Jersey office. Reporting to the Northeast Region Leader, this role oversees all strategic and tactical operations of the office and holds responsibility for leading and driving the strategic growth plans across all solution lines. The Market Leader manages the New Jersey office's portfolio of clients, champions a positive colleague experience, drives and supports revenue growth and maintains accountability for overall office results. The Market Leader models a "one-firm" mentality in all situations. This individual is also accountable for implementing business strategies, developing, and achieving sales goals, driving and communicating financial goals and ensuring operational excellence. The salary range for this position is $250,000 - $335,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant's geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive production incentives in addition to base salary. The amount of any production incentives varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
