Job Summary

An Oracle Fusion Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Functional Lead plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the end-to-end procurement processes within the Oracle Fusion Cloud environment. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration efficient process flows and effective technical support for procurement operation

Responsibilities:

* Solution Design and Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. Develop and customize functionalities to meet specific business requirements, including configuring procurement workflows, supplier management, and purchasing strategies.

* Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current procurement processes and identify areas for improvement. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations. Recommend best practices and process enhancements to optimize procurement operations.

* Technical Support and Issue Resolution: Provide technical support for Oracle Fusion P2P modules, addressing issues promptly to minimize disruptions. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot system errors and implement necessary fixes.

* System Integration: Ensure seamless integration between Oracle Fusion P2P modules and other enterprise applications, such as financial systems and third-party applications. Work with technical teams to design and implement integration solutions that enhance data flow and process efficiency.

* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the P2P cycle and implement best practices. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements.

* Team Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, procurement, and IT, to ensure alignment of P2P processes with business objectives. Provide training and support to team members on Oracle Fusion P2P systems and processes.

Qualifications:

* Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement applications, specifically in Procure-to-Pay processes. Proven experience in leading Oracle Fusion P2P implementations and managing cross-functional teams.

* Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Oracle Fusion technologies and a deep understanding of P2P processes. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

* Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Fusion certifications related to Procurement modules. Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or logistics. Familiarity with related Oracle Fusion modules, such as Inventory or Accounts Payable.

This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the Procure-to-Pay process within the Oracle Fusion environment, directly impacting the organization's procurement operations and financial performance. The P2P Functional Lead serves as the bridge between business processes and technical solutions, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $138,000/Year to $162,000/Year depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
