Sr Principal, Business Process Analyst (Software Development)
Overview Our Center for Process Excellence team is on a mission to improve business outcomes and employee experiences by driving step-change improvements in critical enterprise processes, and the technology and analytics supporting these. As a Sr Principal, Business Process Analyst (Software Development), you will be responsible for delivering step-change improvements in our software development processes. This will require you to understand our current state, define a future-state vision, and work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team to implement the changes. The desired business outcome is to accelerate innovation by improving efficiency and effectiveness of teams engaged in software development. Success will require close collaboration with, and the ability to influence, colleagues across a global organization. This position is ideally suited for a self-starter that is comfortable in a dynamic environment, with experience in conceptual and analytical problem solving Responsibilities
Analyze existing software development processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement Qualifications
