Who you are:

The Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst is pivotal in driving strategic growth through leadership in CRM systems, data analysis, and performance reporting for marketing and sales. This role focuses on optimizing CRM operations using Cavulus and Microsoft Dynamics platforms to enhance customer engagement, streamline sales processes, and improve growth initiatives' efficiency. The ideal candidate must possess expertise in these platforms, ensuring seamless integration across teams, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize budget allocation, sales channel performance, and product profitability.

What you'll do:



  • Coordinate strategic design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of CRM systems on Cavulus and Microsoft Dynamics platforms
  • Develop and manage dashboards and reporting structures to monitor marketing and sales metrics
  • Utilize CRM and external data for deep analysis of customer behavior, sales patterns, and product performance
  • Collaborate with finance and marketing for data-driven budget alignment, enhancing ROI
  • Evaluate and optimize the mix of sales channels for performance and profitability
  • Partner with marketing, sales, product, and finance teams to align growth goals and strategies


What you'll bring:



  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
  • Experience in performance reporting, budget optimization, and sales channel management.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate across functions.
  • Proactive approach in leveraging data for organizational growth.
  • Adaptable with a commitment to continuous learning and innovation in healthcare and tech.


  • Requires a minimum 8+ years of related experience in health care, including a minimum of 4 years of data analytic experience
  • Experience needed in growth operations, CRM management, or related roles, with a history of success in insight-driven growth strategies. Expertise in Cavulus and Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or similar) platforms is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree required, ideally in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred


Some travel may be necessary for team coordination, training, or CRM system rollouts.

Salary Range: Minimum $44.15/hour - Maximum $70.64/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
