The Fair Share Analyst supports the Fair Share Program within the clinic channel of Pharmaceutical Solutions & Services organization. The Fair Share program is designed to balance and optimize service levels on supply constrained products including generic, branded, biosimilar, and other pharmaceuticals.

The ideal candidate is analytical and detailed with a customer service mentality. S/he has demonstrated the ability to work effectively across stakeholder groups, especially those with customer-facing responsibilities (e.g., Field Sales, Customer Service, Remote Sales). Strong analysis, data and problem-solving skills are critical and prior healthcare or clinical experience is preferred.

Job Description

Fair Share Program Operations (80%)

  • Review and triage inbound requests to change purchase limits for customers who order critical supply constrained medications, applying sound analysis and judgement.
  • Address and resolve escalations from Sales and Customer Service with respect to customer purchase limits, considering new facts as appropriate; resolve disputes in a positive and collaborative manner.
  • Analyze large data sets of customer's purchasing history to support allocation decisions.
  • Monitor supply and demand variances across product portfolio to make data-driven recommendations for Fair Share interventions.
  • Provide regular updates and recommendations to Portfolio and Supply team leadership team and clinical specialists.

Other Responsibilities (20%)

  • Support other programs and functions for the Multisource team, including but not limited to Auto-Substitution, Launches, and Portfolio Management as needed.
  • Interpret and utilize data from multiple sources to make business recommendations.
  • Evaluate current processes for efficiencies and as appropriate suggest, test, and implement improvements to save time, money or improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with leadership to prioritize business needs as it relates to limited supply drugs.

Minimum Requirement

Degree or equivalent andtypically requires 2+ years ofrelevant experience.

Education

BS Degree in business, mathematics, economics, or healthcare or equivalent experience

Critical Skills

  • 2 years transferrable customer service or relationship management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manipulate and analyze data using intermediate Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, etc.)
  • SAP, Smartsheet, Microsoft OneNote, PowerBI and Salesforce experience desired
  • Foundational knowledge of inventory management including basic supply and demand calculations
  • Interpret data to determine customer buying trends and research market changes that could impact supply
  • Proven ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders and resolve conflicting objectives in a positive, collaborative manner

Additional Skills

  • Deadline driven; excels at prioritizing and organizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort making decisions and ability to apply sound judgement in decision making process, with minimal oversight
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred
  • Ease completing repetitive tasks that require review of multiple data sources daily

Working Conditions

  • Remote office environment with occasional in-person meetings
  • Less than 15% business travel required for onsite team meetings/training
  • Due to the nature of the role, candidate must be able and willing to work 11am - 7:30pm CST, Monday - Friday

Physical Requirements

  • Large percentage of time performing computer-based work is required

Salary: 73,400.00 - 97,900.00 - 122,400.00 USD Annual with 5% MIP

(Target, 80K with 5% MIP)
