Counsel - Labor & Employment Primary responsibilities of this attorney are labor and employment law counseling and litigation management for a nationwide company with a large, varied workforce, including door-to-door direct sellers, power plant workers (some unionized), office workers, etc. The attorney in this role provides day-to-day advice and counsel to Human Resources and business units on a broad range of matters, including advice on legal and business risks, recruiting, hiring, employee relations, discipline and terminations, internal investigations, leaves of absence, wage and hour compliance, and EEO compliance. In addition, the attorney assists in all aspects of employment litigation management including response to demand letters and administrative agency charges. Responsibilities
