Essential Functions: The Clinical Nurse Manager is an experienced leader responsible for managing assigned areas and multiple services, supervising assigned patient care personnel during clinic operations with 24-hour call. The nurse manager is responsible to ensure safe and effective delivery of patient care and clinical outcomes, compliance with regulatory, administrative and clinical standards, policies and procedures. The nurse manager is proficient in personnel management and directs care to meet the unit demands in an efficient and cost-effective manner, as well as assisting with clinic budget management. This position reports to the Director of Lung Transplant and Pulmonary Division.
