The Transplant Nurse Coordinator supports transplant service patients through monitoring required testing, providing education and ensuring that internal and external activities are coordinated. Other responsibilities include assessment of patient health status through diagnostic procedures and tests, review of labs and other clinical indicators, working closely with other members of the comprehensive transplant team. Provides patient care based on the nursing process, mentors others to promote quality and excellence of care works collaboratively with and provides leadership for a multi-disciplinary health care team to optimize performance, collects and maintains data required for patient care, research and reporting to outside agencies. Salary Range: Minimum $46.57/hour - Maximum $72.18/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
