TEKsystems is seeking scheduling coordinators to join our clients team. This role is remote, but require candidates to be located in Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, Texas, OR Wisconsin.
*Description:* Scheduling Coordinator: In this role the employee will be expected to contact workers' comp claimants to assist with the scheduling of work comp diagnostic or outpatient therapy services. Employees will communicate with diagnostic imaging centers, outpatient therapy providers, work comp claimants and insurance carriers to ensure prompt scheduling of any diagnostic or outpatient therapy services. Strong emphasis on customer service, employee production and accuracy. Employees will be expected to communicate with various customers via phone, email, fax and text while working out of multiple programs including Outlook Intake Coordinator: In this role the employee will be expected to input workers' comp claimant demographic information while seeking any additional documentation required to facilitate the scheduling of work comp diagnostic or outpatient therapy services. This includes reviewing medical documents for accuracy and soliciting additional information from various sources including medical doctors, insurance carriers and other 3rd party vendors. Places a strong emphasis on customer service, employee production and accuracy. Employees will be expected to communicate with various customers via phone, email, fax and text while working out of multiple programs including Outlook, Microsoft Teams and internal record-keeping systems. *Skills & Qualifications:* 6+ months prior customer service experience in a professional environment - any office location, no preference on industry 6+ month prior experience meeting set performance standards including production and quality. 40+ WPM typing Ability to navigate multiple computer programs at once Must have ability to connect to internet via ethernet cable *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
