*OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST FREIGHT FORWARDERS/LOGISTICS COMPANIES IN THE US * *ENTYR LEVEL OPPORTUNITY TO GAIN EXPERIENCE IN THE LOGISTICS FIELD, OCEAN/AIR TRANSPORT* *UNIONDALE, NY* *MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM-5PM * *$18/HR* *Qualifications: * * 2 years of data entry experience in an office setting * Microsoft Excel proficient * detail oriented * Type 35 WPM *Job Description:* * Opening of client brokerage files that will allow commodities/products to enter the country and clear customs * data entry performed in the system * commercial invoices, bills of lading packing slips and various other documents * Information entered is for clearance of commodities, deductions and adjustments for freight charges/penalties or interest paid * contact other logistic/freight throughout the world for updates regarding the shipments *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
